Refund policy

We want you to feel amazing in your Nolengwa sneakers. If they’re not quite the right fit—or just not your vibe—we’re happy to offer a size exchange or refund. No stress, no fuss.

Here’s how it works:

• Just let us know within 7 days of receiving your order that you'd like to return or exchange.

• Shoes must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with their original packaging.

• After you reach out, you'll have 14 days to send them back.

• We’re unable to accept worn items, final sale pairs, or returns without packaging.

Need a different size?

No problem. If your pair doesn’t fit just right, we’ll gladly exchange it for another size (subject to availability). Just let us know your preferred size when you contact us.

Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your item.
